Our team of professional assessors will ensure that your park meets all fire safety standards and complies with the law through Fire Risk Assessments and, if required, various other surveys that we are able to offer.
As our teams work year-round, we will always endevour to arrange any site visits with you during your off-season to ensure as little disruption to your daily on-goings as possible.

In recent years there has been a huge push from many of our Holiday Park clients wanting more sustainable products and services for their sites. As a result, we have introduced our partner Eco Extinguishers.
Eco Extinguishers a provider of the innovative P50 Fire Extinguisher. The P50 was designed based on technology pioneered for the aerospace and motor racing sectors. They are British made and have a unique Watercourse Safe Foam that can be used on both Class A & B fires as well as live electrical equipment.
The unique make up of the P50 has meant that it will replace one standard extinguisher and one CO2 extinguisher, thus making it a far more sustainable firefighting tool.
The P50 is now our Fire Extinguisher of choice and we will gladly support any of our Holiday Park Clients who would like to make the switch to a more sustainable firefighting device- alternatively, we are happy to service standard steel extinguishers!
Fire safety training is one of the legal requirements for all your staff members. The level of fire safety training will vary depending on the size of your company and the inherent risks within your workplace.
You must keep a written record of your Fire Risk Assessment if your business has 5 or more employees. This must be reviewed annually
You are known as the Responsible Person
If there is more than one responsible person you will have to work together to meet your responsibilities.
The responsible person is often The Owner, An Employer, The Landlord, An Occupier
Anyone else with control of the premises: e.g. a Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Managing Agent or Risk Assessor.
It is the duty of the Responsible Person to ensure that they appoint a competent person to complete a suitable and efficient fire risk assessment.
We base the cost of our Fire Risk Assessments on the building and the nature of the business and ensure that we carefully match the competency and experience of the assessor to the job
The Fire Risk Assessment must be reviewed regularly to ensure it is up to date, with a new assessment being required if there has been a significant change or it is suspected that it is no longer valid.
Our system provides an email alert which allows you to manage your actions from your inbox – resulting in you always having a compliant, live and relevant risk assessment.
